CNN projects that Republican presidential nominee Senator John McCain will win the Great State of Georgia and its 15 electoral votes. Although I am sad by this projection, I am not surprised as the Peach State has been an Elephant stronghold for the past decade. On the positive side, CNN projects that Senator Barack Obama won my home county, the Roc, with 16,841 (56%) votes as compared to Senator McCain’s 13,284 (44%) votes. I’d like to give a big ups to my follow Roc citizens who not only supported Obama but voted for him.

Georgia Goes to McCain
CNN projects that Republican presidential nominee Senator John McCain will win the Great State of Georgia and its 15 electoral votes.
