The Atlanta Hawks opened the 2007 – 2008 with a victory over the Dallas Mavericks. The Hawks haven’t won on opening night since 1998, the last year they made the playoffs. Wubya went to the game and said it was a total team victory as the starters and reserves contributed to the win. I hope this is our year. Swamps and I are in the process of buying tickets to see the Birds take on the Bucks.
