Chattanooga

Today I hopped on Interstate 75 North and traveled to Chattanooga, Tennessee. My primary destination was the Chattanooga Market, a weekly farmer’s market held every Sunday during the summer. There were lots of organically grown veggies, fresh breads, and handmade carvings at the market. A live big band played and a high school dance troupe swing danced.

After the market, I headed downtown and walked around the Chattanooga Aquarium and looked in the shops and walked by the river. From there I headed to Hamilton Place Mall were I watched Jet Li’s latest movie Fearless. If you enjoy martial arts, then you’ll enjoy this movie. The fight scenes are amazing, but realistic and the story is simple and easy to follow. Be warned – the movie is in Chinese so you’ll be reading subtitles. I’d give it a B.
