The Georgia / Georgia Tech basketball rivalry is often overshadowed by our football rivalry, but tonight it was time for it to take center stage as Tech traveled to Stegeman Coliseum to take on the Bulldogs. This night belonged to the Bulldogs, who won the game 91-75. This was a redemption game for the Bulldogs, who lost to the Yellow Jackets last season by 22 points at Alexander Memorial Coliseum. The Dawgs are 6-1 on the season. Go Bulldogs!

Georgia's Sundiata Gaines has some nice Jordan 10s. Know wonder he's balling.
its good to see that the dawgs have rebounded from the scandal a few years ago. but when it comes to basketball i have to be a Tech fan because they seem to always have the better team.
I like your new motto--that is what I have always thought when I see Mr. Flanigan in motion or at rest.
Well behalf of all TRUE bulldawg fans everywhere--we do not appreciate your lukewarm sentiment miguel and officially disinvite you to participate in future UGA activities. You can throw all of your fairweather "loyalty" (and I use that in the most sarcastic way possible) to some other school, perhaps USC would take such unpatriotic fans but at Georgia we are born, breed, and die with only one color coursing through our veins and that is RED!

it has everything to do with being a true fan of a sport not just a crazed fan that thinks my school is the best at everything it does because i attend the univeristy. I love georgia football because and know they can beat anybody they are matched up against. i cant say that for the b-ball team because hoops are not the main focus of the atheletic dept and major alumni. At GT basketball to them is what football is to UGA. Tech consistanly recruits and gets great players b-ball just like the Dawgs in football. I bleed red and i am black so i was born a Georgia fan but i have enough sense to relize a better program when i see one.
Miguel--
Being a FAN is all about family. Lets say you have a little brother named EJ and your friend had a brother we will call Bryce. Even if EJ got D's on his report card and Bryce received A's, you wouldn't suddenly abandon EJ in his time of need and start calling Bryce you brother. You would encourage him and support him in hopes each year he'd get better and better. It's the same thing in this case. Now is when the G-dawgs need your support and encouragement more than ever. Its not fair to suddenly alienate them, and even worse that you chose GA tech over them. That doesn't make EJ feel very good about himself...
Its all about loyalty: "unwavering in devotion to friend or vow or cause" OR SCHOOL!
