Merrell Down & Dirty, 2012

Last week I participated in the Merrell Down & Dirty, a 10K and 5K mud race.  I initially signed up for the 10K, but got sick the week before and decided to change to the 5K.  It was a great run through the Georgia International Horse Park in my beloved Conyers, Georgia.  The Merrell Down & Dirty was not as tough as other mud races like the Spartan and Warrior Dash, but it was fun and had an ample number obstacles.
