Michael Vick has been cleared of any wrong doing by the Miami, Dade County police. The water bottled didn't contain any drug residue and Miami isn't looking to press charges against Vick for carrying a water bottle with a secret compartment. This has been the weirdest story because Vick was accused of wrong doing without apparent proof, the Falcons organization painted a picture of Vick being guilty, Vick has remained quiet, and now Miami, Dade County has announced him innocent without actually pressing charges.

This whole situation is fishy because all the parties are acting strange. What probably happen is the Miami TSA agent probably made up the drug allegations to gain national attention, the Falcons organization decided to preemptively cover their butt and disassociate with Vick just in case he was guilty, and Vick probably decided to remain quiet to watch the whole thing play out, after all, why speak out if formal charges haven’t been filed.
